We offer a variety of membership options depending on you and your families needs. All of our monthly membership options are contract free!
  • How do I get started?
We recommend booking your first free class on our website and coming in to check out our facility to make sure we’re a good fit for you! This will give you a good idea of how our classes are structured, workout programming, etc. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to complete a waiver and meet your coach.
  • What are your workouts like?
Our workouts are 45 minutes long Monday-Friday and 60 minutes on Saturdays. This time frame includes a warm-up, workout explanation and demonstration, and a cool-down from our coaches. Each workout is uniquely created by our Ethos coaches with specific programming in mind. They incorporate a variety of movements, including different types of resistance training and cardio that can all be modified to accommodate any fitness level. Monday/Wednesday/Friday are more cardio, full-body, high-intensity interval training. Tuesday/Thursday are strength/resistance training days and are typically slower pace. Saturdays are a hybrid day where we lift first and end with a metabolic conditioning workout that gets the heart rate up.

ANNA

I grew up in Oklahoma and have lived here for most of my life. I found Yoga in 2016 when I was looking for a way to move my body, but ended up staying because of so much more. I completed my 200 Hour training in 2017 at Hidden Dragon Yoga and have been teaching ever since. I believe Yoga is for everyone, and there is something FOR everyone! My goal in my classes is to give you a space where you can show up authentically, wherever you are at. You can expect to move & groove in a safe, supportive space. My favorite thing about this practice is the simultaneous stability and fluidity it has brought into my life on & off the mat. When I’m not in the studio or teaching community classes around the city, you can find me hanging out with my three dogs or drinking coffee somewhere outdoors.

I began practicing yoga in 2012. After several years of practicing, I pursued and completed my RYT 200 hour certification in November 2017 and began teaching shortly after. My teaching style includes a fusion of hatha and vinyasa yoga, as well as some aspects of tai chi and natural movement. I strongly believe that connecting the body and mind through movement is a great way to enhance our quality of life. Following life-long learning commitment, I continually pursue education opportunities that help me provide a meaningful and rewarding yoga and movement experience.
